Individual coaching

Individual coaching is first and foremost the encounter of two individuals: a coachee and a coach. At Alfalfaz, the coach builds a safe space for the coachee in order to explore themes, a problem or the vision the coachee has defined independently or with her/his management. This safe space provides the framework for absolutely confidential conversations between the coachee and the coach that will allow to explore deeply and with trust the topic selected by the coachee. The chosen topic could be

  • a delicate professional relationship, an unhappiness linked to a role, a difficult change.
  • a sought-after improvement of performance or of a specific management capability (emotional intelligence, presentation skills, listening).
  • a willingness to develop a wider management posture, a different positioning in the organization, a desire to know oneself better.

Group coaching

A team operates well when the individuals have learnt to respect each other. Respect and trust are earned through specific sharing that Alfalfaz offers to orchestrate within a board, a leadership team, a pilot team or an operational group where improved performance is required. Individual meetings are organized to prepare two collective working days during which the entire team members must be present. Using the psychodynamic research, Alfalfaz guaranty you a convincing result.

Deontology, an essential framework

  • A written and transparent contract between all involved parties in order to facilitate the development of the personal and professional potential of the persons being coached.

  • The professional secret regarding the client and its organization as it pertains to the French law. No reference to any coaching mission will be used without prior client consent.

  • Respect for the individual being coached and his/her choices.

  • The coach support for the coachee in his/her aspiration to reach his/her professional objectives as defined within the contract.

  • A transparent and sincere participation from the coachee, open to feedback, while creating the time and energy necessary for the coaching journey.

  • The coachee undestands that the coaching process may touch on different parts of his/her life, such as work, health, relationships, education and leisure.

  • The coach has a moral obligation to be regularly supervised in order to maintain a safe environment for the coach-coachee relationship.

  • Any scheduled session not amended two days prior to the session will be invoiced.

  • The contract can be terminated by either party before its official term as long as a two-week notice is respected. The client terminating the contract before term must honor all invoices until the last effective working session.
